The Doctor of Christian Global Leadership (D.C.G.L.) is an advanced professional doctoral degree designed to equip Christian leaders for effective leadership in churches, ministries, educational institutions, nonprofit organizations, mission organizations, and global Christian enterprises.
The program combines biblical and theological foundations, Christian leadership, global mission, intercultural ministry, organizational development, strategic leadership, and doctoral research. Students are prepared to provide visionary and ethical leadership in an increasingly multicultural, technologically connected, and rapidly changing world.
Particular emphasis is placed on developing leaders who can integrate faith, mission, leadership, education, technology, and community transformation for the advancement of God’s Kingdom.
